Shipping and Payment

The prices on the product pages include the legal VAT and other price components.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping to Austria, metropolitan France, Netherlands and Belgium costs 5.00 EUR.

From 30 EUR, shipping is free of charge within Austria, France, Netherlands and Belgium.

Payment Methods

You can pay in advance, by credit card or PayPal.

- You pay the invoice amount simply by advance payment and transfer the amount to us by bank transfer

- We accept credit cards from VISA and MasterCard

- PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online securely, easily and quickly

Delivery time

If you place your order with us and pay by PayPal or credit card, the package will be delivered to our shipping partner UPS within 24 hours.

This means that your package will be delivered within 1-4 working days within Germany, up to 5 working days within all other countries we deliver to.

Your orders on Saturday or Sunday will, of course, be processed and shipped on the next working day if they have been paid with the above payment methods.

Orders that are paid in advance are sent on the day the payment is received in our bank account.

To which countries do you deliver?

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, France and Belgium. The delivery is exclusively with UPS. However, no delivery can be made to packing stations.
